Here is the second dress I designed. This one I kept thinking about while I was trying to go to sleep, so I had to get up and get it out of my head so I could sleep. Then I also came up with some others to come.

This would look good on someone with small shoulders and small hips.
ReplyDeleteI think on a lot of people, though, having it gathered right where their stomach pooches out anyway might be a turn-off. In the picture it kind of emphasizes the hips, too.
I think they're gorgeous, but hey, you asked for constructive criticism!
Sarah, I like this dress, and i will tell you why. I like the gathered part because it will be VERY forgiving for us with a little bit of a tummy. But you would have to be careful, the gathered part would have to be a flowy materal, so it wouldnt make you look like your pregnant. I dont know, you know more about this stuff than I do. (ps. I think darker colors for this dress would be more sliming. since we are trying to hide our pouch...) (Black is a favorite, maybe a dark grey, and maybe even a dark purple)
